Kindred AI helps with customer work such as chat, task organization, and audio analysis. Review outputs before use.
Do not use the service for illegal activity, rights violations, system abuse, security bypassing, or unauthorized sensitive-data processing.
AI responses can be wrong. Important legal, medical, financial, or security decisions require expert review.
Web products are 30-day access plans for the selected AI products. Usage passes are a feature-usage allowance included in the plan, not a separate cash-like points balance or top-up product. They are charged only when an eligible feature is used.
A web payment buys a 30-day pass for the selected product in a single charge; it does not renew automatically. To keep using the product after the period ends you pay again, and nothing further is charged if you do not. Card details are handled by the payment provider — we do not store card numbers.
The usage-pass period and refund-eligibility period are limited to one year from the payment date. Usage passes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another member, and they are usable only during the selected product access period.
Submit a refund request within one year of payment. Web refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the charge. If features were used or a result was delivered, we review the usage and explain the eligible unused portion. Applicable law and card-network rules also apply.
Free accounts can use audio within the allowance shown in the app. Audio Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that provides additional audio access at the monthly price shown on the purchase screen. The Apple confirmation sheet controls the final localized price and currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and renewal may be charged within 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
After cancellation, access continues through the paid period. An active purchase made with the same Apple ID can be linked again using Restore Purchases in the app. Apple handles App Store refund requests and decisions.
Features and allowances can depend on account and subscription status and reasonable abuse-prevention controls. Material price or benefit changes follow applicable store rules and required notice.
