Refunds and support
Submit a refund request within one year of payment. Web refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the charge; if features were used or results were delivered, we review the used portion before explaining the remaining eligible amount.

How it is processed
Web refunds return through the original payment method. We do not replace a refund with cash or credits through another route.
After use
If a feature was used, we review the usage and delivered result, then explain eligibility and amount for the unused portion. Applicable law and card-network rules also apply.
App Store purchases
iPhone Audio Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple. Apple’s subscription and refund process governs those purchases.
Refund decisions use the payment record, usage record, and applicable law together.
